WHO WE ARE

Andar Electromechanical Systems, which started its activities in 2012, develops and manufactures original products in the defense and aerospace industries. The company's administrative and design offices are located in ODTÜ Teknokent. Design, production and testing facility is located at the OSTİM. Additionally, another production center with pick & place assembly and testing capabilities is located at Technopark Ankara.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

• Degree from the top universities’ Electronics department
• 5+ years’ experience in aerospace sector
  
• Proven experience on power electronics circuit design
• Good knowledge in environmental tests
• Knowledge on Electromechanical Actuator is plus
• Knowledge in schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium Designer)
• Knowledge on FPGAs and CPLDs
• Fluent in English
• Bring high degree of initiative, be structured and solution-oriented while being a trustworthy, empathic as well as authentic leadership personality

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead our dedicated and highly motivated Avionics Hardware Design Team
• Develop requirement-based electronics hardware design to ensure compliance against the design criterion defined by aviation standards
• Working with the System Engineering Team on architecture, hardware requirements and verification and validation activities
• Responsible for environmental tests of the electronics equipment, per MIL-STD-810, RTCA/DO-160 etc.
• Conduct technical meetings and collaborate with various departments
• Responsible for electronics hardware production stages, prototype board bring-up activities
• Implement lifecycle data to show compliance to RTCA/DO-254 guideline
