QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• University degree in related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in order management
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD module
• Working experience in wholesale distribution of products, an asset
• Able to work with tight deadlines in a multinational environment
• Compliance with policy and procedures
• Very good knowledge of English both spoken and written
• Effective communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To respond to the demands of customers as soon as possible
• To analyse customer orders and inform the customers about the nonconformists at their orders
• To enter the customer/customer order inputs into the SAP system
• To check the stock status during the related processes
• To ensure that the loading are made on time
• To manage the order shipment process for Turkey & Canada warehouses
• To provide the weekly reports to the related first line manager
