Financial Reporting Specialist is positioned at Anadolu Efes Group Finance and Investor Relations Directorate in Anadolu Efes Group Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Coordinating and regulating the consolidation process and arranging the timetable of reporting periods,

·       Contributing to the preparation of the quarterly consolidated financial statements of Anadolu Efes in accordance with CMB,

·       Supporting the preparation and analysis of monthly management reports,

·       Involvement in the process of independent audit engagements and organizing the relations with auditors,

·       Preparation of the ad-hoc reports and financial studies, which will strengthen Anadolu Efes to achieve the targets set in vision, mission and main strategies,

·       Providing instructions, guidance and supervision to operations on accounting and reporting issues,

·       Providing and developing necessary structures and systems to prepare all kinds of official and managerial reports and data of Anadolu Efes in accordance with regulations correctly in time,

·       Responding inquiries of CMB and BIST or any other official institution related to consolidated financial statements,

·       Providing all necessary financial data for financial institutions i.e. banks and rating agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or relevant disciplines,

·       At least 2 years of audit, planning and reporting experience,

·       Solid grasp of finance, accounting and consolidation,

·       High competency in IFRS and CMB regulations,

·       Knowledge in HFM is an asset,

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders,

·       Solution-oriented and innovative approach to problem-solving,

·       Strong analytical skills, high sense of responsibility, detail orientation,

·       Advanced Excel user and proficient in MS Office applications,

·       Fluency in English is a must, (Russian is a big plus),

·       Flexible to travel.
