QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Export Supervisor to join our dynamic, ambitious, diverse and multi-cultural Market Development team, part of Anadolu Efes.

As a team, we export to and manage sales and marketing operations in all existing markets (more than 70 countries) with a rich portfolio of Anadolu Efes and Partners. At the same time we continually seek new opportunities for further growth, enhancement of our global reach and making portfolio in other markets and brands.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management and engineering,
  • Min. 5 years experience in a similar industry, preferably in export management,
  • Understanding of whole sales process and knowledge in sales cycle management is required,
  • Fluent English, Russian and Turkish is a must,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
  • Strong cross-cultural, interpersonal, communication skills,
  • Ability to quickly analyze and process large volume of information,
  • Advance use of MS Office, especially MS Excel,
  • Deadline-oriented.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To support target realisation through utilizating budget (promotions, discounts, salescontribution, bonus) based on defined chart of authority,
  • To register all distributor orders and 2-3 months rolling forecasts to Order Management System,
  • To report inconvience and varience in the orders,
  • To manage the product and distributor master data,
  • To enter the new distributor and prices for exported products to the system,
  • To follow-up sourcing country stocks and match with distributor orders,
  • To identify and escalate cases for improving current business processes in order to increase the level of the services provided by the department,
  • To coordinate the process of certification (helal, health etc.),
  • To manage and track trade equipments (ie kegs),
  • To track shipments for the export customers,
  • To capture all improvement opportunities and take necessary actions in order to enhance  Market Development Department operation,
  • To coordinate claim settlement process connected with customers’ operations (conduct internal investigations, manage products return form customers, enter corrections into the system, provide customers with corrective documents),
  • To coordinate with sourcing countries export/operation teams (transport, productİon planning, documentation issues etc.).
