GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
Scope:
- Carrying out planning, organization and documentation activities throughout the process of establishment and sustainability of Efes Technical Academy, aiming to create agile, competitive and high performance team by providing competence development of in all functions of Technical Directorate: Brewery, Filling & Packaging, Utilities, Quality & Assurance, Malt and Hop Operations
- Creating and ensure a culture of a continuous improvement and standardization approach by investigating, developing and utilizing effective systems and processes to achieve and sustain more efficient and cost-minimized operations within Technical Directorate.
- Support in designing and documenting of Efes Technical Academy throughout all focus areas: Culture, leadership, technical trainings and interaction platform.
- Generation and comprehensive analysis/monitor of KPI reports utilized both as a decision support system and as an internal/external benchmarking system.
- Coordination of budgeting process and assurance of compliance with the budget by developing early alert systems.
- Development of techniques and procedures to transfer know-how within the directorate.
- Investigation of improvement and standardization areas by closely monitoring operational performances and processes (internal & external).
- Execution of improvement projects through the phases of conceptual design, implementation, deployment and performance/sustainability monitoring.
- Recommendation, coordination and/or execution of feasibility studies for improving efficiency and cost reduction opportunities.
- Coordination of internal/external audit processes within the directorate; consolidation/reporting of findings and required actions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
- At least 2-4 years experience in Supply Chain
- Superior analytical skills
- Ability of process design and documentation skills
- Computer literacy – SAP, high competence in MS office (especially in Excel and Powerpoint)
- Experience in feasibility studies and project work
- Ability to influence others and inspire
- Interpersonal and communication skills
