Process Lead

We are looking for a talented Process Lead for one of our leading plants AMCOR SPECIALTY CARTONS, IZMIR.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that the production is done according to company standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost.
• Responsible for the performance of the area/product and team in terms of quality, costs and delivery.
• Understand product specification and customer related requirement.
• Plan and organize production process inline with procedures & instructions.
• Identify production problems and lead to solve them to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure that occupational safety, food safety and environmental standards are implemented consistently.
• Support lean systems, kaizen projects and TPM method activities.

QUALIFICATION

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,  Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Min 3 years of production and team management experience in industrial operations(must be in printing sector, preferentially gravure).
• Good command of both written & spoken English.
• Good knowledge of computer skills, all office programs (PowerBI, Access, Excel macro programming).
• Experience in lean production methods, 5S organisations, OHSE principles, ISO quality systems & manufacturing costs management.
• Customer focused attitude.
• Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving, analytical, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving licence, no restriction for travel in and out of country.
• Residing in Izmir.
