The Lead Buyer we are looking have the qualifications below:

• Bachelor degree from business school or engineering departments with Masters degree in purchasing
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position
• Very good command of both written and spoken English, fluency in French is a plus
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal skills
• No restriction to travel within or out of the country
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

The Lead Buyer will lead the missions below:

• Deploying commodity strategy
• Ensuring project execution in line with defined objectives
• Pilot contractual relationships with suppliers for sourcing scope on different Project sites
• Suppliers relationship:
  • Identification of project and business needs
  • Preparation and launch of requests with suppliers using the standard tools
  • Negotiation of cost reduction with suppliers
  • Contractual negotiation with suppliers (including claim management)
  • Inputs provider/contributor for order placement
• Commodity support:
  • Consolidation of commodity needs, inputs
  • Active participation to commodity strategy and panel elaboration
  • Commodity representative
  • According to delegation, lead commodity segments strategy
  • Support of Commodity Manager in tender phase
  • Represent the commodities towards projects, platforms and solutions
  • Effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders (engineering, quality, supply chain, etc...) in problem solving
