Budget and Reporting Manager

Almodo was established in 1995 as a fabric producer continuing an old family tradition in textile which goes back to 6 generations. The company is world wide well known for its luxurious fabrics and exports 90% of its production to more than 60 countries all across the world.

We are looking for a budget and reporting executive/manager to join our team for our head office which is located in Basın Ekspres Yolu, Güneşli.

This position requires a critical eye, solid analytical skills, advance skills in Excel and excellent attention to detail. Candidates should have min 3 years of audit background in Big 4 which followed by min 2-3 years of experience in budgeting and financial controlling/reporting.

The Budget and Reporting Manager is a key member of our finance and operations team. She/he is responsible for managing the organization’s budgeting system, policies, and processes and working with department budget owners to create and monitor operating budgets.

YOUR ROLE

• Lead development of planning and budgeting process, including the development of the budget  manual and templates
• Provide variance analysis between actuals vs forecast, obtaining valid explanations for variances
• Active involvement in monthly closing; ensuring correct provisions and accruals are made
• Support CFO for ad-hoc management reports
• Work with the Finance team to streamline internal financial reports and reporting processes to deliver more efficient, more effective, and more useful reports and analysis
• Support and control outside-country operations

• University degree (Business Administration, Economics or related fields) from a reputable university
• Min 3 years of audit experience in Big 4 + Min 2-3 years of experience in budgeting and financial controlling/reporting
• Ability to bring creativity to the position while striving for continuous improvement
• Self-starter, proactive, “can do” attitude, strong analytical perspective
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced level of MS Office applications
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
