What do we expect you to do?
Source and reach out to qualified candidates for current open roles,
Coordinate the hiring process end-to-end and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for new team member,
Support and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods (ability/language/technical skills tests, personality inventory and management assessment),
Follow some metrics in the process and reports (time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire)
Maintain a database of potential candidates for the future vacant positions,
Host and participate in young talents events at universities,
Support and manage the internship programs,
Take role in integration of global recruitment project,
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
