Financial Control Supervisor

We are looking for a “Financial Control Supervisor” with the qualifications below to join the Controlling / Finance department of our multinational company;

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in financial analysis, controlling environment (audit company experience is an asset),
• Accounting experience and CPA designation is a plus,
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, results focused and attention to detail,
• Excellent computer skills – particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functions with strong communication skills and team work orientation,
• Keen to learn and succeed in a dynamic and motivating multinational environment,
• Having completed military service for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

The position reports to Controlling Manager and be actively involved in to;  

• Prepare monthly financial results by branch/product category and deliver a comprehensive analysis of sales & gross profit and working capital lines to the management, including insightful commentary with analysis deviations from budget.  
• Monitor all accounting operations (incl. Revenue Recognition, Inventory Cost Accounting , AR, AP, GL, Billing) and ensure USGAAP/group policies are followed.
• Define and calculate necessary adjustments both for Local Tax and USGAAP,
• Act as the main point of contact between Finance and Sales / Commercial / Operations / Procurement / Legal functions on daily/investment business needs and provide Finance opinion,
• Ensure the company's financial reporting and controlling activities are accurate and in line with the group policies, maintain processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's financial controlling,
