QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We look for a motivated candidate that performs the role as a part of our Executive Management Team. Manage all operating activities related to existing stores and head office, brands’ headquarters by ensuring that they run efficiently.
Strictly monitors level of the privileged service to the customers.
Providing quality employees to stores and head office by taking advantage of career platforms
Cooperates to design of retail procedures liaising with all involved Departments
Update Head Office, Store Managers and Staff on procedures/guidelines and on their adherence
Supervises stock movements with involved Functions, adhering to Regional guidelines
Monitor the back office and stock keeping for each store.
Following up the monthly sales reports and share with the brand headquarter.
Coordinate and monitor yearly stores inventories providing appropriate reports in partnership with Stock Controller.
Coordinate and manage all activities related to new stores openings, seasonal or temporary store openings, store relocations, store closures, full and soft refurbishments, etc
Supervises the proper management of archives within stores back offices
Preparing business plans for new stores and new investment areas of the company
Supervise and coordinate adherence of the store procedures
Supervises stock and stationery for each store
Coordinate and supervise ordinary and extraordinary store maintenance: IT hardware and software, equipment, reporting, administrative filing, housekeeping, etc
Staff uniforms: Ensuring that staff' uniforms are available and the employees are in a position to match with the company's reputation
Supervise After Sales Service issues/claims liaising with responsible departments
Coordinate and supervise some store activities ensuring adherence to the procedure
Available for the domestic and foreign travels
The Ideal Candidate
A professional with at least 5-year experience in the Store Operations field in the luxury market, with a strong retail path, analytical skills and detail oriented mindset. Possess strong organizational and relational capabilities able to coordinate and supervise activities and to build trustworthy relationship with colleagues. Fluent in English and second foreign language.
