SALES AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS DIRECTOR 

To be assigned in the head office of our company, which is in the leading position in the logistics sector, on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul;

1. Graduated from related departments of universities (Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics etc.)
2. Preferably has master's degree on supply chain management, marketing, management etc.
3. Preferably at least 10 years of experience in the management of all sales and customer relations processes in B2B sector. (logistics sector is preferable),
4. Fluent in English,
5. Open to personal and institutional development and innovations, following the agenda,
6. Careful, able to produce fast solutions, high observation skills, analytical, proactive, high internal motivation, effective delegation skills, using initiative,
7. Experienced and competent in team management,
8. By blending his/her knowledge and experience with the corporate culture; able to make the right decisions and produce long-term solutions,
9. Having a Class B license and able to drive actively,
10. Completed military service for male candidates,
11. Preferably residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul

Job Description

1. To plan and organize sales activities on the basis of the logistics services offered by the company and the determined targets,
2. Ensuring the execution of customer relations after sales,
3. To collect information about market prices and practices through customer visits,
4. To ensure that measures are taken and implemented to ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level.
5. Leading Corporate Communication stretgies.
