QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Alfred Concierge Services is the first concierge services company of Turkey for luxury residences and office buildings as well as shopping centers. We are providing front desk and concierge services through our on site receptionists, bellboys, doormans and valet service with high end service culture.
Alfred Concierge Services is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for below duties;
* Conducting market research in order to analyze the competition and to determine the strategy on the issues related to new business and investment opportunities for the growth of the company and increase its share in the market,
* To take an active role in making decisions in line with the set strategies by observing and analyzing competitors, market trends and customer needs,
* Identify new business opportunities, establish customer relationships and manage customer data
* Identify new sales channels and prospects while building the business case to pursue out-of-the-box channels or sales prospects
* Execute on closing business opportunities
* To prepare budgetary, feasibility and business plan reports in line with the aims and objectives of the projects,
* Carrying out activities to increase brand awareness and market share,
* To have a corporate network (both local and international) is a plus
* Bachelors degree from a top tier university
* 7 – 10 years experience preferably in business development at service sector
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Excellent command of MS Office Programs.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Result oriented and problem solver
* Experience in financial tables and budgeting.
* Valid driver’s licence
