We are looking for a Lawyer to work at Altek Alarko.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law and admitted to a Turkish Bar,
• Qualified lawyer with min. 5  years of experience (excluding internship period),
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Turkish Capital Markets legislation, Contract Law, Energy Law,
• Experience in international commercial transactions, construction projects, M&A transactions and energy projects,
• Dynamic, self-motivated and solution oriented,
• Fluency in English,
• No restriction for travelling.

Job Description

• Drafting, revising and negotiating wide range of agreements including supply, procurement, construction, share purchase agreements and software license agreements,
• Providing legal consultancy on general corporate governance matters, labor law, energy law, Turkish Capital Markets legislation and data protection law,
• Preparing legal documents including general assembly and board of directors resolutions, signature circulars and PoAs,
• Drafting and revising internal policies and procedures,
• Providing legal consultancy regarding dispute resolution,
• Drafting legal documents and forms as per data protection law.
