Our client is one of the largest Residential Leisure Real Estate developer and sales & marketing group in the Middle East & Africa region. We, as their Human Resources Consultants, are looking for new team members for the following position;

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST – HOSPITALITY (CSS- Yalova)

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

The CSS will represent the brand; ensure total customer satisfaction; answer guest requests for assistance and coordinate with housekeeping, bell service, staff and management to fulfil guest requirements; touring the customers in the real estate properties and resorts, explaining the benefits and facilities available; resolve product or service problems or issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution; recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs; generate sales leads, through product upgrades; follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Required qualifications:

• Turkish, English,

• 2 – 5 years’ experience in Hotel Customer Service,

• Responsibility, friendliness, and proper grooming,

• Communication and negotiation skills,

• Multi-task oriented,

• Problem solving abilities,

• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, word and power point).

Note: Accommodation will be provided for the candidates who will  move to Yalova from other locations.
