AkzoNobel is searching for an “Integrated Supply Chain Site Controller”  to play an important role within its Powder Coatings organization in Türkiye.

The position location is Powder Coatings site in İzmir (Aegean Free Zone - ESBAŞ).

Required Qualifications

o  Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, BA or equivalent

o  6+ years of experience in multiple finance positions in an industrial environment

o  Independent, self-starting and interested in what is behind the numbers

o  Highly analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills

o  Able to communicate effectively with site management and others on site

o  Strong team player with good interpersonal skills

o  Fluent in English, both verbal and written

o  High proficiency in SAP and other business applications

o  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

o  High level of customer orientation, strategic orientation, results orientation, change management, ownership and collaboration 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Act as ISC Finance Business Partner towards the site management and other ISC counterparts in scope

•        Align continuous improvement agenda with cluster ISC Control

•        Operational financial management of VMC (Variable Manufacturing costs), FMC (Fixed Manufacturing Costs), Supply Chain Costs, Inventory and CAPEX

•         Play a prominent role in Capex planning (AR) and investment decisions

•         Ensure compliance in accounting/reporting for ISC operations in scope with the requirements of Finance Operations and Internal Control

•         Manage effective, accurate and on time financial reporting and planning cycle for the site / ISC organization in scope

•        Develop and  deliver relevant financial analyses to drive performance management of ISC operations in scope, by leveraging local and regional FP&A counterparts and central and regional ISC counterparts & resources
