We' re currently seeking a Engineer for Project Department;

MAIN MISSIONS

She/he assists the project managers throughout the comprehensive management of several projects. She/he ensures technical liaison between the different key players involved. She/he performs a number of tasks aiming to disseminate technical information and to organize activities across the 7 different plants around Europe in order to achieve an effective performance of duties.

·        Assists project managers and product line manager on following and completing reporting data;

·        Manages corporate portal activities;

·        Prepares summary tables and charts by collecting data from different functions;

·        Manages input data to SAP (Purchase Requisition, project time records), ms project by ensuring data accuracy;

·        Schedules technical meetings and/or project reviews;

·        Develops technical documentation;

·        Contributes to schedule follow-up;

·        Contributes in the coordination between departments;

·        Able to estimate the relevance of accessed information and measures the urgency level of response;

        Supports upstream execution operations prior to mass production launch (component procurement, planning, sending parts for prototyping unit, pre-production, etc.)

Requirements :

Qualifications and Experience:

College/University degree of engineering, mechanical or industrial engineer preferable.

Professional abilities:

              ·        Fluent english speaking is a must,

·        Organizational skills, ability to work with a multidisciplinary and multicultural team, synthetic thinking, rigor, interpersonal skills, respect for confidentiality;

         Proficiency in office automation packages (Word, Excel, etc.)
