We are a law firm based in Istanbul-Avrupa side specialised mainly on mergers, acquisitions, reconstruction and spin-off projects, real estate law, labour law, corporate & commercial law and also on financial matters. We provide consultancy and litigation services primarily to large corporations and multinational clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in law from a Turkish University
• LLM degree from UK or USA is essential
• 3 (three) – 5 (five) years of experience in the fields of mergers, acquisitions, restructuring projects, real estate, labour law, corporate and commercial law for our consultancy department.
• Proficiency in knowledge of written and spoken legal English
• Strong negotiation skills both in English and Turkish
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Able to work flexible hours
• Experience in client management
• Candidates will be subject to an English assessment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing legal advice and assistance to our clients through combining business knowledge with experience in the relevant areas of law
• Drafting and negotiating all types of contracts and legal documents for local and foreign companies
• Reviewing and drawing up legal documents for daily businesses of the companies including board of directors’ resolutions and general assembly meetings
• Providing legal advice to foreign and local companies specially in all aspects of company law and commercial law by considering legal rights and risks and possible legal outcomes
• Drafting and reviewing share purchase and shareholders agreements, drafting due diligence reports

Drafting petitions and following-up lawsuits regarding disputes arisen from commercial law, mainly from shareholders relations
