Qualifications

·         Bachelors degree (preferably in Engineering)

·         At least 8 years of managerial experience in automotive industry

·         Knowledge on production processes

·         Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001

·         Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English

·         Team-oriented, problem solving and management skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Residency in European side of Istanbul

Job Description

·         Ensure  ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (IATF16949/ISO9001)

·         Organize and support the execution of a yearly Management Review

·         Ensure the continued effective implementation of quality systems such Internal Audit, Process Control, Corrective and Preventive Actions

·         Manage the audit non-conformity results, Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities

·         Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO/IATF quality standard certifications,

·         Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits

·         Prepare and present reports and KPIs to Management

·         Drive, train and support the problem-solving culture through usage of FMEA, control plans, APQP, PPAP, 8D

·         Lead customer complaints, provide detailed analysis of root causes through various tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa.. etc
