QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from engineering departments of universities,
• Being a 4th year university student or a recent university graduate
• Has advanced knowledge of English,
• No obstacle to travel abroad,
• Possess organizational and problem solving skills,
• Prone to team work, high verbal and written communication skills,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• A junior International Sales Specialist will be recruited to be trained.
• Applications of candidates residing in Istanbul will be evaluated.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure communication with foreign customers,
• To follow the product determination process according to incoming requests or specifications,
• Determining deadlines and preparing price offers according to planning and production conditions, etc. to support processes,
• Managing the logistics process according to order, production and situation,
• To follow the payment process in coordination with relevant units,
• Creating an export file and tracking it on the system,
• Coordinating with the financial affairs unit and carrying out the invoice and reconciliation process,
• To share the necessary information and documents for the customs process with the relevant units,
• To support marketing (overseas) related processes,
• To carry out the necessary work regarding the international fair process.
