JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take on tasks that involve developing brand new web applications, new UX features and maintaining AirTies' current application stack such as in-house developed applications and enterprise applications such as Jira, Salesforce etc.
• Build easy-to-use, high-performance web applications
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, including estimation, design, development, testing, deployment and documentation
• Review and respond to operational issues, escalating as necessary
• Support development of other developers through code review and knowledge sharing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is required
• At least 3+ years of experience developing and deploying end to end web applications
• Knowledge of multiple web technologies such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 are required
• Knowledge of multiple web frameworks such as Django, jQuery, Bootstrap is required
• Hands on experience in PostgreSQL/MySQL, Java, Django REST Framework and React would be a plus
• Working knowledge of web hosting principles, server architectures and web site security would be a plus
• Ability to express ideas to both technical and non-technical individuals
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good at problem solving techniques as well as interpreting and analyzing data
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Good team player, strong communication skills
