Call Centre Staff- Excellent Level Of English Req

We are a London based airport transportation company and we are looking for staff to work in our call center at Istanbul Kadıköy office.
Excellent level of English both spoken and written language required.
Having lived in the UK or USA for at least 2 years is preferable.

Skills Required:

·         Basic IT / Computer Skills

.         Excellent level of English both spoken and written language required

·         Have great attention to detail and accurate recording of information

·         Be able to talk to both drivers and customers

·         Solve problems with driver and customers

·         Assist with basic route planning

·         Be able to work with the team and also independently

Ideally candidates should have some experience in this field of work, however this is not essential if you can show the right attitude and enjoy working in a busy office environment.

MORNING SHIFTS Between 08:00 -17.00 

EVENING SHIFTS: Between 15:00 - 00:00 hours
