Planning and Material Control Supervisor

As the leading technology company operating in the mobile phone manufacturing industry, which has a facility located  in Tuzla; we are looking forward to meeting our new team member who will be contributing his/her broad expertise and will be responsible for engineering of the phone manufacturing process in our expanding organization as a  ‘Planning and Material Control Supervisor’.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in a related field,

Have in depth knowledge in MPS/MRP,

Experienced in planning for a manufacturing field,

At least 8 years of experience in planning (Minimum of 3 years in a managerial level),

Having good English communication and presentation skills (oral and written),    

Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others,

Detail-oriented, results-driven, and dynamic personality,

Male candidates must have completed military service,

Resides in or near to Tuzla.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Arranging production plan and demand plan according to the actual order or sales forecast,

Monitoring and coordination of the implementation of production schedule and production plan to ensure the delivery date,

Communicating with sales, buyer team on order status and delivery,   

Coordinating the warehouse, logistic team on the shipments to make sure to meet customers’ expectations,

Optimizing the production planning and control process, optimizing the capacity utilization, cooperating with related departments to improve efficiency, reducing production cost,

Establishing the company control of material flow, optimizing and controlling material inventory,

Overall controlling the establishment of goals and objectives management system completion status, proposing and following up improvement plans,

Making department work flow, improving the production planning and material control process,

Cost-effective planning, including resources planning, production planning,

Department budget and cost control,                                              

Staff motivation, incentive, evaluation, performance review and other management responsibilities,

Establishing process improvement and standardization management system.
