Financial Controller

We are looking for Financial Controller for our Group Companies which operate in Real Estate and Agriculture business. The position will be placed in HQ in Ataşehir.

Real Estate Business; Our most recent project is in Montenegro. 

Agriculture Business: Invest4Land is Europe's biggest farmland management company with over 10million m2 planted walnut and almond farmland in Turkey and Spain. 

Our offices are in Marbella, Doha, Shanghai, Kotor, İstanbul and Gördes.  

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

-         Degree in relevant faculties of Reputable Universities,

-         Minimum 2 years of experience in Audit or Controlling,

-         Big4 experience is a strong asset,

-         Excellent command of written and spoken English,

-         Spanish knowledge is a strong asset,

-         Advanced MS Excel skills,

-         Analytical and business oriented mind is a must,

-         Multi tasking, problem solving, organization and high endurance are must

-         Experience in internatinoal environment is a plus,

-         No travel restriction both internationally and locally,

-         No military obligation or postponed for at least 2 years for male candidates.

Job Description:

-         Directly report to CFO,

-         Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports,

-         Take place in budget and forecast process,

-         Perform analytical reviews on Financial Statements,

-         Perform internal audit procedures,

-         Perform revenue-receivable cycle analysis,

-         Perform cost control and unit cost analysis,

-         Communicate with independent auditors,

-         Represent CFO during his absence,

-       Willingness of self development and continuous learning activities.
