GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Are you passionate about building brands? Are you interested in joining the Marketing team to build a global brand?

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and report to Marketing and Sales Director, to deliver national and global strategy, innovation and activation plans for the Turkish market.

The opportunity in this role is to develop  strategies that are fit for purpose for Turkey while also being adaptable for other potential markets.

You get the best of global experience and local experience: you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects designed for global implementation while also working on specific brand growth programs for execution in the Turkish market.

The candidate will need to have extensive experience in managing within competitive and complex categories. Collaboration with local teams, R&D, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Finance will be important to achieve agreed growth targets and deliver an aggressive innovation and expansion plan.

Your challenge

·        Experience with CRM 

·      Conceptualize, build and execute integrated marketing programs that aim to capture enterprise leads and grow our corporate brand in target markets

·      Proven ability to establish goals, objectives and priorities that communicate the organization's vision

·      Work closely with the brand and digital marketing team members to develop campaign assets including emails, sales materials, videos and presentations, and direct mail pieces

·      Support our Sales team with materials, campaigns and on roadshows that enable them to better represent our brand and improve their effectiveness

·      Work across departments and functional roles, including sales, marketing, trust and safety, customer care and product, to successfully move projects to completion while being a tireless internal advocate for our corporate customers

·       Comfortable in various email marketing platforms (both internal and external)

·       Dedication to setting and achieving measurable KPIs for all projects

·       Company-Wide initiatives encouraging innovation, continuous learning and cross-department connections.

·       Data analytical 

Qualifications:

·        5 years + Marketing Management experience, Baby industry, ecommerce experiences are plus

·        2 – 3 years’ experience in a leadership position of managing multiple individuals

·        Ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion

·        Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

·        Strong hands-on attitude

·        Fluency in English

·        Proven project management tract record for delivering results and accuracy while managing multiple tasks

·        Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities

·        Fundamental knowledge of trade marketing management 

·        Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills

·        Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies, preferable advertising, marketing or other business fields.

·         Ability to work within fast paced, dynamic environment

·        Experience with developing budgets and controlling costs

Responsibilities:

 A minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience and FMCG specific experience that includes in-depth understanding of tactics to drive consumer acquisition, lead nurturing and sales efforts that convert leads to customers (ideally channel marketing like CRM, email, direct mail, events, etc.

Create, deliver and manage the nationwide -global marketing communications strategy,Plan annual marketing / Marcomm plans and budgets

 Oversee the growth and management of all aspects of the database and ecommerce-based projects and assignments, including planning, content strategy and optimization, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work while evaluating results

 Champion velocity and social proof campaigns to improve efficiency of all strategies while also capitalizing on channel specific activities while bringing new innovative ideas to management 

 Implement integrated brand campaigns across both digital and offline channels including print, social & email,

 Develop project schedules and communication plans for promotional strategies across multiple departments 

 Provide daily and weekly communication and reporting on promotion results and updates to senior management and stakeholders 

Monitor competitive landscape, acknowledging key differentiators and opportunities for growth

Maintain coordination and build communication between internal departments for optimal execution of all promotions

Support the Head of Marketing in day to day running of all marketing campaigns

Carrying out regular tests on creative and content to optimise and determine what resonates most with our audiences across different channels

Promote and grow the company’s brand and business within the region, Contribute to building the brand

Determine the appropriate metrics for measuring and monitoring marketing effectiveness
