We are looking for a "Product Manager" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Game & Technology Sector”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or relevant fields.
• Familiar with Agile Project Management. (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Proven experience in managing across the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept to end-of-life
• A passion for games with a player first mentality.
• Previous experience in product management is a bonus, but not a necessity.
• An eagerness to learn, and someone who isn’t afraid of asking questions.
• Someone who thrives on new challenges, and a strong individual contributor.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, passionate about start-up environment
• Passionate about Blockchain Technologies
• Being a collaborative team player.
• Experience with MS Office programs and SQL is a big plus
• Excellent command of English.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• You will be focusing on creating value for our current and new games.
• Run prioritization among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers.
• Develop OKRs with the Product Team, determine the metrics for success, and keep track of the team’s progress.
• Working with the Product Team to manage the product roadmap, taking input from stakeholders and players.
• Working collaboratively with developers and artists to produce amazing games.
• As a member of the Product Team, you will drive the growth, strategy, execution, and growth of the product area.
• Analysing user data to improve the user experience and monitor main metrics.
• Define success metrics for product features and monitor the performance.
• By researching market, & competition analysis on current product performance, identifying market gaps.
• Work with internal and external third parties.
• Closely follow mobile game trends and gather market intelligence.
• Effectively communicating with different stakeholders and teams.
