We are looking for “Scheduler” who has the following qualifications for our client“Siemens-Gamesa Renewable Energy” company which is operating in the wind turbine sector, to work at the main office located in İzmir.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Good understanding of wind industry. Good knowledge of Siemens Gamesa Turbine types beneficial.
• Technical/service and planning background. Comprehensive and accurate reporting.
• Strong organisational Skills. Good communication skills. Ability to influence other people.
•  Able to communicate with field technicians and support personnel in HQ. Customer focused
• Expected to have Experience of multi-project, multi-resource planning desirable
• Detailed experience of wind turbine maintenance is desirable, but not essential to the role
• Flexible approach to working hours and working away from usual location including out of country travel.
• Up-to-date knowledge of H&S legislation beneficial. Excellent I.T. skills.  An understanding of the logistics of working within in the Onshore Wind environment would be desirable
• Service scheduling system & HSE requirements and Legislation inc WTSR
• Understanding of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy organization, particularly technical functions
• Product technical knowledge, especially parts system
• Eager to optimize Resources in line with the request of Operations / Customers
•  Act in accordance with company values (Results orientation, Impactful Leadership, Customer Focus, Innovativeness, Valuing People, Ownership Attitude)
•  2+ years of experience working in the Resource Planning preferably in Wind Power Sector

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To plan, coordinate and support field personnel (including subcontractor) in conducting the safe and profitable servicing and maintenance of wind turbine equipment, in line with planned maintenance requirements, including providing parts, consumables and tools
• To coordinate, develop and standardize service schedules across the Country organization in line with medium to long term planning of Operations
• To arrange trainings for all field personnel and keep track of the expiry dates of all certificates for all field personnel
•  To keep track of tools calibration due dates in line with planned maintenance / major project requirements
• Provide feedback regarding the perfromance of the subcontractor companies to Procurement & Operations Team
