We are looking for a 'SALES DEPARTMENT MANAGER' for our client in cooling industry located in Bursa with the qualifications below;

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Sales, Business Administration or a related field)  

* Minimum 10 years of sales experience and 5 years of management experience

* Successful experience history as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets 

* Excellent communication and presentation skills 

* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 

* Strong business sense and industry expertise 

* Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills 

Responsibilities 

• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs 
  
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team 
  
•  Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team 
  
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence 
  
• Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives 
  
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
