We are looking for an "Office Assistant" to join our team with the qualifications below: 

·         University degree in related fields

·         1-3 years of relevant experience in office assistance or reception

·         Fluency in English

·         Good process management, planning & organisation skills

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work effectively with internal and external organizations

·         Ability to work in international and multicultural environments

·         High ethical standards

Job Description

·         Welcoming all visitors, phone calls, faxes and e-mails coming to the office. Diverting them to related persons and/or following up on the inquiries

·         Coordination with other offices’ assistants to give support when necessary

·         Maintaining and coordinating the smooth communication and document traffic between The Adecco Group Turkey Head Office and other offices

·         Handling the signature processes when needed and making the timely delivery of such documentation.

·         Screening and distribution of all received posts and parcels in the office

·         Delivery of all outgoing posts, mails to couriers and keep track of such outgoing documents 

·         Recording all posts to keep proper track of posts and cargos

·         Managing travel arrangements and coordinate with the travel agency and hotels for making all necessary reservations

·         Carrying out all clerical and secretarial functions in the office (Photocopy, documentation, filing etc.)

·         Keeping office contact information list ready and updated

·         Managing all company labelled printing works such as business cards, envelopes, stickers, invoice and etc.

·         Providing tea/coffee services to the guests within the office
