We are looking for an “Assessment Services Manager” to work with us.

 Qualifications 

·       Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,

·       Excellent command of written and spoken English,

·       Minimum of 7 years experience in global environment,

·       Proficiency in MS Office applications, Skype Business, Teams, Outlook etc.,

·       Having an Assessment Center certificate is must

·       Skilled communicator, delivers well-received written and verbal messages,

·       Flexible adapter, views changing business needs as an opportunity,

·       Problem solver, identifies challenges, proactively seeks and recommends creative solutions,

·       Team player, appreciates and recognize colleagues successes, focuses on the team’s goals,

·       Exhibiting creative problem-solving skills,

 

Essential Duties And Responsibilities 

·       Planning, scheduling, and managing logistics for all Assessment Center (AC) sessions

·       Leading and facilitating all AC sessions including delivery of presentations or other training/assessment content

·       Maintain, manage and monitor all customer related operational issues regarding assessment tools and projects.

·       Develop and maintain strong effective working relationships with clients and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

·       Manage all aspects of training, including creation and development of future training programs for customers

·       Be accountable for each assessment of assigned customers to ensure that the service provided is fit for purpose, delivering robust findings, justifiable conclusions and recommendations

·       Assessing local market conditions and ensures sales visits by identifying current and prospective sales opportunities

·       Develop forecasts and business plans

·       Manage budget, meet goals and metrics

·       Ensure that effort associated with the assessments and management of customers is commensurate with their scope and scale of accredited activities

·       Building and maintaining network of assessors focused primarily on junior to upper management

·       Analyzing, interpreting, and synthesizing data from Assessment Center activities/exercises and assessment instruments

·       Establish guidelines for assessment framemworks, tools & processes;

·       Keep abreast of new tools available and conduct market intelligence to benchmark against existing local and global best practices
