We are looking for a “HR Generalist ” for our client with the qualifications below;

• Excellent written and spoken English 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience of working within a HR environment, knowledge of basic processes and procedures preferably in multinational companies
• Proficiency of MS Office Applications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in and execute key HR initiatives.
Responsible for hiring that includes interviewing and the onboarding processes of the employees Responsible for training of managers and employees on the company's performance management system and process
Maintaining HRIS (Workday) systems and employee records Maintain employee benefits

Supporting in the development of company guidelines and processes Support organization to drive engagement and employee wellbeing initiatives
Implementing learning and development strategies to increase the talent capabilities
