We are looking for a “Finance Specialist” for out client.

·         Minimum 5 years experience

·         University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields

·         Proficiency in MS Office Applications

·         Strong coordination and communication skills

·         No military obligation for male candidates

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

·         Following up the technical, legal and financial process of the sponsors/banks

·         Preparing project cashflow forecasts and scenario analysis,

·         Structuring project finance transactions, processing credit files and legal documentation,

·         Executing project finance transactions,

·         Preparing periodic financial reports for projects

·         Coordinating communication with Group Companies and foreign parties per financial aspects

·         Reports to Finance Manager

·         Planning the cash flow of the project  and liaising with the project groups

·         Preparing cash flow reports in coordination with the cost consultants, and heads of departments for preparing updated forecasts
