We are looking for a " Export Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Chemical Manufacturing”.

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor's  degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, metallurgical engineering, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in international sales and export operations.

·        Strong understanding of business administration and strategy.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

·        Knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Plan and execute sales activities for assigned regions and customers in line with strategic goals, providing assistance to the Export Manager in managerial tasks.

·        Contribute to the development and realization of strategic and departmental goals within the framework of the organization's core objectives and policies.

·        Establish and enhance business operations and procedures for the assigned regions in compliance with laws and current regulations.

·        Support the Export Manager in organizing and managing international sales activities in the assigned regions.

·        Collaborate on the development and achievement of the international sales budget for the assigned regions.

·        Collaborate with the Export Manager to determine sales prices for the regions based on cost considerations.

·        Monitor and manage profitability, sales turnover, distribution, and market share in the assigned regions. Keep track of competitor activities and stay informed about new developments in the market, proposing necessary actions.

·        Organize and manage export operations, including order processing, documentation, shipment, payment follow-up, and customs clearance for successful export transactions.

·        Ensure timely collection of receivables.

·        Maintain continuity of relationships with customers in the responsibility area, identify new customers and markets, manage international distributors, evaluate and resolve customer complaints.

·        Coordinate with relevant departments, providing necessary support, and contribute to the activities of the department responsible for international product marketing.

·        Regularly archive information related to export activities, update the organization's CRM system, and report and present when necessary.

·        Ensure the continuity of our organization's ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System
