We are looking for a “Electrical Engineer with expertise in Power Transformers” for our multinational client operating in Renewable Energy sector with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering,
• 3 years of minimum experience in Power Transformers,
• Electrical Machines. High knowledge in transformers and their applications,
• Transformer integration and testing,
• Insulation systems, especially in MV,
• Transformer models and tools (electrical, thermal, mechanical),
• Electromagnetic transient simulation (EMT),
• Transformer sizing and analysis softwares (desirable),
• MATLAB, PSCAD, DigSilent (or similar softwares),
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

• Development of projects related to MV transformers and their integration in wind turbines and wind farms,
• Simulation and modeling of electrical machines and wind farms,
• Project reporting: design reports, trade-off reports,
• Development of calculation tools related with transformers,
• Support of design activities regarding wind turbines.
