We are looking for '' Dijital Marketing & CRM Lead '' for our global client who is leader in agricultre sector with the qualifications below;

·         Lead the SFDC Global transformation project with TR Project Team, Accomplish SFDC targets and act as a business admin

·         Leading Salesforce.com (SFDC) Project as system BA; system expertise, grower-customer data management, sales team communication and implementation, reporting to local and global team.

·         Ensure clear guided KPIs and provide reports weekly, monthly and support each platform user for reaching the same system usage skills.

·         Organize SMS/MMS/E-mailing communication according to Opt-in laws at the same time improve effort for growing database and  ensure relevance and accuracy of the data.

·         Analyse SMS/MMS communication results and ROI and share periodical updates with marketing team.

·         Drupal Web site-TR: Maintain basic crop info updates and improve Drupal web page in order to increase traffic thru 3rd party and secure SYN TR web site visible and functional internally and externally

·         Provide quarterly web site traffic analysis and improve results by maintaining updated content

·         Act as the key contact with global team and execute the guided steps for creating TR local social media accounts, web agency relations and social media advertising

·         Social media Google advertising & Google analytics knowledge

·         Develop platform with territory/EAME digital team and develop Turkey digital tactics

·         Support in creating  digital marketing design and ad-hoc coordination with agencies

·         Keep intimate coordination with Territory Commercial Excellence Lead and get their support in terms of SFDC KPIs definitions, tracking and increase effectiveness of Marketing Campaign functionalities  

·         Needed  Min 3 year experiences on current or  related roles

·         Advence level of english both speaking and writing

·         Good knowledge of Computer usage
