ABKO is looking for Sales Manager with the mission to triple the sales. The successful candidate should have the below qualifications;
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communications skills
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Good strategic thinker, able to develop strategies to achieve organisational goals

Experience
- Min. 5-8 years of working experience in B2B sales, preferably experienced in Cosmetics,
Responsibilities;
Sales Manager will be directly reporting to General Manager and will ve responsible for the following roles and duties:
- Analyse and qualify a strategic pipeline of new and profitable business opportunities
- Oversee all sales & marketing efforts
- Be accountable for delivering results, achieving and exceeding agreed targets
- Delight customers by delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Managing and directing the sales team in line with the targets
- Developing strategies and suggesting changes which will help bring about more profit and improved sales,
- Prepare quotation for the target market
- Planning promotional activities, participating in global / regional fairs and managing product promotions in showrooms
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annually sales reports and present them to the GM
- Be the first point of contact of the brands
- Build, enhance, maintain and strengthen very good relationship with business contacts in the customers at all levels and relevant functions, caring especially for decision makers and executives
- Follow up customer complaints, collaborate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction through timely interventions with a high first-time fix rate
- Persistently follow up and strive for achieving annual targets and market share targets
- Perform SWOT Analysis for the assigned territory and customers
- Provide intelligence regarding competition sales and marketing activities, potential projects and investments, market shares, trends in relevant industries
- Collaborate with Finance Department to improve and maintain receivables at a proper level for a healty cashflow while aiming to minimize overdues as well
