Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of S&OP processes and their role in driving supply chain efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, with advanced knowledge of Power BI preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience working with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain robust analytics solutions to support various aspects of the supply chain, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain performance measurement.
• Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights into supply chain operations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Support the S&OP process by providing analytical support and generating reports to facilitate decision-making at various levels of the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain analytics and leverage new technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
