We are looking for Warehouse Specialist to join our Production team in Biotechnological Products Production Facility (AbdiBio) at Esenyurt campus. This role is directly reporting to the AbdiBio Production Manager.

The requirements for the successful candidate are:

• Graduated from Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and similar undergraduate programs.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics services and experience in GDP.
  
• Have both written and spoken English language skills.
  
• Preferably having a Forklift driving license
  

The key duties of the successful candidate are:

• Make sure that operational processes are completed on time and with high quality.
  
• Ensure preparation and transfer of raw materials, consumables and secondary packaging materials to the relevant departments in the work orders opened by the Planning Department according to production plan.
  
• Ensure proper inventory/stock control and accurate delivery of materials using real-time tracking systems effectively.
  
• Organize and maintain appropriate storage of materials according to cGMP SOPs.
  

• Verify completeness and accuracy of dispensing and warehouse documentation.

• Draft, revise, and maintain relevant documents in the areas of responsibility as needed.
  
• Utilize Qmex and SAP systems proficiently to manage warehouse operations.
• Ensure that all equipment in the warehouse is used in accordance with the rules.
• Ensure that drug returns are received and evaluated in accordance with cGMP rules, and that rejected materials and products are stored and disposed of. 
• Organize the disposal of finished products, raw materials and packaging materials.
• Carry out operational processes related to clean room classifications and logistics services. 
  
• Liaise with quality and manufacturing teams to optimize processes and minimize errors.
  
• Lead investigations regarding warehouse-related deviations and implement corrective actions.
  
• Prepare warehouse activity reports at certain intervals.
  
• Accompany internal/external audits within the area of responsibility, to take action for audit findings and to ensure that the findings are closed.
  
• Manage the business processes of blue-collar personnel who will work under him/her.
