You will be a vital member of the Project Execution team in Grid Integration, Power Grids Turkey. Reporting to the Operating Unit Manager, you will work for 6 months in one of the existing projects in Bursa and provide technical support to the proposal team and Project Managers for all site-works-related issues.

Your background

• University degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Extensive previous experience (at least 5 years) as a Site Manager, having experience in substation projects.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Autocad.
• Having good communication skills and problem resolution skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Capability of implementing, coordinating and controlling immediate solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment as well as being hard working, result oriented, self-motivated with excellent technical skills.
• No military obligation.
• Having a driving license and being able to drive.

Your responsibilities

• Planning and execution of jobs as per client's requirements and project targets.
• Having knowledge and observance of Health & Safety Rules & Guidelines, Leadership & Commitment to lead a group of employees in his fold.
• Preparation of reports to various sections of the Company.
• Implementation of Quality Systems, controlling, monitoring, reviewing and putting necessary control measures to optimize all activities to stay within schedules.
• Managing and coordinating of site personnel, notifications to clients and subcontractors in coordination with project manager.
• Leading all the technical team at site for Installation & Commissioning of electromechanical works, reporting to Operations Manager.
