QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Your background

  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Good command of written and spoken Turkish and English including presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in service sales preferably in Grid Automation, Grid Integration, HV Products and Transformer.
  • Teamwork & technically oriented, analytical, proactive & innovative, solution & target oriented.
  • Customer & market orientation, effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Knowledge in power products & systems sales, operation and maintenance is a plus.
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling continuously.
  • Completed military service for male applicants.

Your responsibilities

  • Proactive sales of power products & systems service like Grid Automation, Grid Integration, HV Products and Transformer services.
  • Planning daily activity, including the regular customer visits, developing and maintaining customer relations and managing local accounts.
  • Developing, implements and following up on strategic sales plans.
  • Establishing effective business relations with sales executives, management and technical team members.
  • Preparing periodic sales reports, forecasts and market plans, monitoring and evaluating on market activities and trends.
  • Meeting personal sales targets as established.
  • Closing follow up of offers at customer side.
  • Coordination with related local Service Sales Manager to decide on pricing strategies, negotiating and securing contracts.
  • Exploring further market opportunities from both existing customer and potential prospects.
  • Proposing techno-commercial solutions to customers requirements.
  • Supervising distribution and archiving of documentation issued to customers as part of tendering and contract negotiations.
  • Maintaining project pipeline and order forecasts using Hitachi ABB Power Grid tools (SFDC).
  • Using  the CCRP (Customer Complaint Resolution Process) as a customer satisfaction tool.
