HR Services Specialist, Part Time - Power Grids

In all that we do, we seek to create competitive advantage by dedicating resources to attracting, developing and retaining talented individuals who are customer-focused, collaborative, innovative and driven.  As a core member of the HR GBS Front Office team in the Hitachi ABB Power Grids , as a Part Time HR Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting to the Front Office Manager , you will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.?

Your background

• Being 4th year university students or master degree student from the related departments.
• Desire to have career in Human Resources field.
• Minimum 2 days/week availability is expected.
• Very good command in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Being result oriented, open minded and eager to learn.
• Being proactive and a team player.
• Possessing strong communication skills and disciplined working style.
• Effective planning skills, attention to details and good follow up skills.
• Being good at multi-tasking.

Your responsibilities

• Performing day to day processing of HR requests for related HR services (Employee Life Cycle, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Learning & Development).
• Supporting internal customers by communicating, informing and consulting regarding policies and standards as well as preparing information and documents for external authorities.
• Executing all matters pertaining to personnel for hiring and exit process of employees and maintaining and updating personnel files timely and properly.
• Executing time and attendance operations.
• Assisting and taking responsibility in HR database and implementation of Global Hitachi ABB Power Grids requirements.
• Being open to work as a backup for other HR service lines and project teams when required.
