Finance Specialist – Accounts Payable-Power Grids

We seek for young, ambitious "Finance Specialist – Accounts Payable" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB Power Grids , in Dudullu location with below qualifications;

Your background;

• Having university degree in relevant departments,
• 3 - 5 years of experience, preferentially in Accounts Payable or Accounting,
  
• Detailed knowledge of Accounts Payable process and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to apply professional knowledge in accounting and to make appropriate judgements and recommend solutions,
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable functions, including the flow of transactions and their effects on the general ledger and department budgets,
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and to multitask between various projects,
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment,
• SAP Experience,
• Good English, written and verbal communication skills,
• Completed military service for male applicants.
  

Your responsibilities;

• Perform necessary activities / tasks within the Accounts Payables Department to ensure accurate and timely reporting,
• Processing high-volume purchasing invoices,
• Collaborating with Hub based in Krakow on shared or divided scope of responsibilities,
• Reconcile vendor statement and researches all discrepancies,
• Supporting vendor relation and build effective partnership,
• Work with Business controllers and the other stockholders to identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities,
• Resolve invoice discrepancies for timely payment,
• Performing monthly account reconciliation for form BA-BS with customers and vendors,
• Delivery of reports to management, to include audit requirements both for internal and external auditors within the agreed time frame and in the required format,
• Identify areas of potential process improvement, develops and enforces appropriate policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Perform other related duties as assigned,
• Attend monthly global calls and share the outputs with the relevant parties and teams on timely basis,
• Perform necessary activities / tasks within the Accounts Payables Department to ensure accurate and timely reporting,
• Processing high-volume purchasing invoices.
