Documentation Specialist-Temporary

We are looking for Temporary Documentation Specialist who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Industrial Automation with below qualifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering,
• 5+ years of work-related experience with minimum 2 years of experience on documentation or quality management,
• Strong ability to understand technical documentation on various technical disciplines,
• Proficient in creating documentation, workflows, diagrams, and screenshots,
• Excellent English skills is required,
• Strong ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels,
• Good problem solving and analytical skills,
• Strong accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

 Reporting to Project Manager, Documentation Specialist will be;

• Making clarification of documentation needs in line with ABB and Customer specifications,
• Collaborating with internal and external parties for creating required documentation,
• Following-up document approval process with the Customer,
• Gathering feedback and update the documentation as needed,
• Being ensure consistency of documentation in practice,
• Receiving, categorising, storing and distributing the documentation.
