Financial Institution Assistant Specialist

General Qualifications:

·        Preferably newly graduate from universities of Banking and related departments,

·       Aiming for career development in Banking, International Banking and / or Financial Institutions,

·       Very good command of written & spoken French,

·       Very good command of written & spoken English,

·       Very good MS Office usage,

·       Strong reporting skills,

·       Strong communication skills ,

·       No restriction to travel,

·        No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Responsibilities & Descriptions:

·        Conducting and monitoring risk analysis for the countries where banks are located,

·       Providing accurate information to the questions of departments, branches and / or correspondents,

·       Establishing communication with correspondent banks and institutions,

·       Monitoring, control and analysis of financial reports of banks and preparation of evaluation reports,

·       Entering and updating the maturities and amounts of the limits allocated to correspondent banks to the main banking software system,

·       Ensuring that the annual reports and the requested correct information are sent and / or sent to correspondent banks or other authorities,

·       Monitoring closed and / or merging banks and making necessary entries to the information system,

·       Tracking subscriptions of Bankers Almanac and other publications

·       Change of address of correspondent banks, branch opening / closing, important contact information, merger / change of banks, etc. changes in the database and updating the database,

·       Ensuring the continuity of relations with established correspondent banks in foreign countries

·       Establishing new correspondent relations and carrying out all related activities

·       Preparation of reports on department activities.
