• University degree in law
• At least 10 years’ experience of Labor Law, Commercial Law and Real Estate Law in a similar position gained in a leading reputable law firm and/or in-house in a related industry (especially in retail sector) 
• Strong negotiation skills and experience, with ability to effectively partner with business clients to jointly solve complex issues throughout the business life cycle. 
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, hands-on mentality and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic multicultural and international environment 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high level of proficiency in verbal and written English.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Management of all corporate legal/compliance processes/guidelines of the company and its parent company, coordination of the outside legal counsel who are working with the company company.
• Provide legal advice to the company and the parent company and support the relevant company departments with legal advice. 
• To follow the legal changes and developments, to provide the necessary information to the relevant company functions and the parent company, and to guide the legal suitability of the company practices. 
• To provide the coordination between the Human Resources, the company and the Legal function in matters related to labor law. 
• To ensure the effective execution of the counseling and discipline process. 
• Negotiating with Leasors within the scope of real estate law to ensure that the lease contract details are evaluated and finalized appropiatelyly. 
• To follow up all processes relating to the preparation and negotiating of company contracts and other documentation within the scope of all commercial and administrative units of the company. 
• In this context, to prepare the contents of the contract together with the relevant department and to examine the legal suitability. 
• To provide the necessary coordination in the litigation process. 
• Coordinate the company secretarial activities (including shareholder and Board resolutions/meetings) with outside counsel. 
• Coordinate the company’s corporate compliance, anti competition and data privacy. 
• Preparing regular reportings to parent company.
