Main Responsibilities

We are looking for Specialists or Mid-Senior Specialists to work for the HR Department:

  • Carrying out all end-to-end personnel affairs process
  • Keeping the procedures and instructions of the department up to date and reflecting the necessary changes to the system.
  • Making necessary legal notifications to official institutions, to carry out legal correspondence and to fulfill obligations
  • Keeping the information of employees up-to-date in HR systems
  • Ability to support all operations of the Human Resources department
  • Calculating and reporting monthly HR metrics
  • Monitoring incentives such as government incentives, foreign employee employment permits, insurance discounts
  • Conducting the initial stages of the recruitment process; job posting, scanning CVs, sharing with hiring managers, organizing interviews.
  • Managing employee expense processes
  • Supporting Finance Department in terms month-end closure HR reports such as vacation liability, headcount and severance data’s and intercompany charges
  • Monitoring the deficiencies in the office and managing the supply process

Qualifications

  • Bahcelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related fields
  • At least 3 – 4 years of working experience in HR, especially in Personnel Affairs or HR Operations
  • Preferably experience with HR Platforms such as LinkedIn, Kariyer.net
  • Process management and highly developed follow up skills
  • Good command of knowledge in MS Office Programs (Excel)
  • Very good expressive and persuasive skills, advanced communication skills, listening and problem solving skills
  • Eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and teamwork oriented

Preferred Candidate

1 - 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
