MEET EMEA Program Enablement Specialist (Contractor)

The MEET EMEA Program Enablement Specialist role is a personal contributor role giving support to regional Travel and Meetings subject matter experts accountable for EMEA’s Travel and Meetings shared environment.

In support of both service delivery objectives and MEET’s transformation, this role supports the regional Travel and Meetings shared environment, works across operating model components, and ensures end to end integrity. Working within the global and regional operating models, the role balances localized service delivery, regional requirements, and global model alignment. As a support person, the summary responsibilities for this role across the Travel and Meetings shared environment will be focused on one of the below areas:

1. Governance & Portfolio Management

2. T&M Experience Management

3. Meetings Process & Technology Management

4. Travel Process, Technology & Vendor Operations Management

5. Meetings Vendor Management

6. Cards Process, Tools & P2P Management

7. Procurement Program Management

An ideal candidate is expected to be trained on above categories to be able to support regional MEET activities.

This role, reporting to the MEET EMEA Senior SMEs, works across the Travel and Meetings environment to improve performance on a continual basis. The role balances localized, regional and global aspects while pushing model components to market levels. Responsibilities

As a MEET Junior member, this role is supporting process enablement activities, projects and implementations in EMEA region. This role is working with other team members to transforming and maintaining an integrated, fit-for-purpose Travel and Meetings program with a focus on those we serve while adhering to compliant processes.

Support process, roles, operations & technology work together to ensure work product meets expectations.The MEET EMEA Process Enablement Assistant SME role gives support within the T&M’s industry area and across other business, functional or technical areas. Support process, roles, operations & technology work together to ensure work product meets expectations.

2. Bring expertise into local service delivery teams

3. Support global model components within the region in efficient & effective manner
