· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related area
· At least 9 years of experience
· Good level of English
· Good level of MS Office applications
· Experienced in team management
· Possessing new generation leadership skills
· Giving importance to organizational commitment and organizational goals
· Taking initiative and decision making skills
· Adaptable to change quickly
· Have a customer-oriented service approach
Job Description:
· Establishing domestic and international new recruitment channels (social media, İŞKUR, municipalities, career portals, etc.), expanding and managing them.
· Visiting existing potential cooperation abroad and domestically, forming new cooperation to expand the pool in the determined regions
· Organizing provincial/country-based organizations for existing potentials
· Performing the potentials research
· Regularly reporting potential analyzes
· Identifying new location/country potential and researching all necessary resources and making them ready for the recruitment process
· Coordinating all the necessary processes for the new location purchases to be started (Advertising, pre-interview organizations, etc.)
· Implementing innovative projects on expanding recruitment pools.
