GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to Food & Beverage Manger  , the ideal candidate is responsible for:

  • Laboratory tests & trials , application strategies.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve on sanitation and pest control programs and KPI's
  • Verify adherence to sanitation to ensure food safety.
  • Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Sanitation and pest control contracts.
  • Interface with all levels of the hotel team (leadership, supervisors, operators and external crews) in communication, training and facilitating compliance.
  • Ensure hotel is in a sanitary condition at all times.
  • Engages the hotel leadership team in sanitation challenges requiring cross functional support.
  • Troubleshoots persistent sanitation issues to identify deficiencies in sanitation program or equipment design.
  • Sets the direction for ongoing sanitation verification activities.
  • Understands process and functional interdependencies. Recognize and escalate identified risk or opportunities to improve hotel performance.
  • Responsible for review of environmental monitoring data and development of corrective/preventive actions.
  • Develops and implements all sanitation/pest control training for all employees.
  • Engages technical experts to troubleshoot sanitation challenges, identify technology and methodology to improve sanitation effectiveness.

Qualifications:

 

·         Degree in engineering with specialization Food engineering or Chemical engineering.

·         Having at least 3 year experience in a similar position

·         Can read, write, speak English very well

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks and having flexibility

·         Open minded, researcher

·         Team player, self-motivated, result oriented

·         Excellent influencing persuading negotiating skills

·         Be organized, systematic, reliable and dynamic

·         Military service must be completed (For male candidates)


İGA has been founded on the 7th of October in 2013, to make investment and operate Istanbul New Airport for the next 25 years.

 Istanbul Airport is 35 kilometers from the city center. The construction is planned to be completed in four phases. Within the scope of the first phase, 2 runways and a terminal building with a capacity of 90 million passengers serve. When all phases are completed, Istanbul Airport will offer flights to more than 300 destinations with an annual capacity of 200 million passengers.

 IGA’s main aim is to make INA one of the most important hubs of the world.
