QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Engineering, prefably Electrical-Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably in medical device industry
• Knowledge in R&D and related legislation
• Experience in product development and project management
• Experience in medical device design lifecycle is highly desirable
  
• Experience about manufacturing technologies & processes
  
• Experience with Quality Standarts  ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, familiarity with MDD, PED directives are preferred
  
• Understanding of Risk Management Process in accordance with ISO14971 preferred
  
• Advance level of English (written and spoken)
  
• Good sense of customer expectation and technology
  
• Strong technical and analytical ability
  
• Good understanding of problem solving and general management techniques
  
• Strong documentation, organization and time management skills
  
• Motivated and a good team player with positive attitude
  
• Excellent skills in verbal and written communication, ingenuity and creativity
  
• Goal oriented
  
• No restriction for travel abroad and domestic
  
• Resident in Ankara

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Under the direction of the R&D Manager, the Project Engineer will plan and implement specified projects, particularly sustaining engineering projects folowed locally and support new product development projects followed globally, and keep them on schedule from start to completion date. This includes managing the activities listed in the project timelines and monitoring the output of all project participants (including co-workers, contract manufacturers and consultants)
  
• Actively work on Engineering Change activities and product development by application of engineering background
  
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including personnel in Quality, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance on new product development and to resolve ingredient and product technical issues
  
• Plan and Implement Engineering Change and Design Control processes within organisation
  
• Building quality into all aspects of work and to ensure the progress of the processes in coordination with the Quality Management by working in accordance with the relevant design procedures and quality standards in product design and software development processes
  
• Working with various functional areas to determine project requirements
  
• Ensure schedules are well planned and followed
  
• Be part of and take active role in Technical Committee and CAPA Committee, regularly join meetings and follow up associated R&D tasks
  
• Being and a team member for technical efforts required in R&D for the sustaining engineering processes and development of new products, specifically in the areas of product design and development
  
• To make sure that all the back-ups of the documents for the software documentation are taken and shared with the related departments
• Initiate and conclude the corrective and preventive actions for unfavorable situations that may occur during the processes by coordination with the relevant units
• To report all works in all levels of the projects to R&D Manager periodically
